CNC Bridge Saw
CNC bridge saw for stone and ceramic slabs, with automatic head rotation from zero to 360 degrees for cuts in all directions.
ULTRA-FLEXIBLE
Allows functions to be used in 4 different working environments: Manual, Automatic, Profiling and Drawings.
Available with a fixed table or with a motorized hydraulic tilting table, it is fully customizable!
ULTRA-PERFORMANT
Reaches CNC levels of a 5-axis saw.
Cuts lengths up to 3900mm (12’ 9.5”), so you can work on multiple pieces simultaneously.
Head tilt to 90 degrees allows to perform bevel cuts from zero to 50 degrees. Core drills and incremental bits can also be mounted to program drilling and milling cycles.
Performs customized surface profiling by cutting, shaping and finishing.
Allows you to draw custom shapes through consecutive “point-to-point” cuts, insert predefined geometric shapes and perform drilling, automatic milling and corner finishing.
The 15HP motor reaches adjustable speeds from 800 to 5000 RPM by an inverter.
Can work with diamond blades from 350mm (14”) to 525mm (20”) in diameter, cutting 15cm (6”) in a single pass and up to 20cm (almost 8”) in multiple passes, as well as incremental bits and core drills.
Utmost cutting accuracy is guaranteed by guides using recirculating ball slides and by brushless motors.
ULTRA-RESISTANT
Features a hot-dip galvanized monoblock structure with a hydraulically tilt worktable (3500x2200mm – 11’5.8”x 7’2.6”) covered with waterproof rectified PURENIT and an additional rubber layer.
ULTRA-EASY
Combines extreme ease of use with simple and intuitive programming for both basic and advanced tasks, thanks to preset functions. It allows also the use in semi-manual mode.
Features a touchscreen control panel with graphic icons and remote diagnostics service for real-time troubleshooting.
The optional “ElcoCam” conversion software allows to quickly and easily convert a .dxf file drawing into .iso file readable by the saw.
